The signing of Dean Perrow from Chasetown was greeted with excitement by Brakes fans in the summer of 2012 as the club geared up for what would turn out to be a Championship winning season. The striker had been prolific at Willenhall Town and Chasetown among others, but injury in the opening game of the season at Bedford Town would ended what would turn out to be his only game for the club.
