Will Green joined Leamington initially on loan early in the 2012/13 season, but did not play again that season after an injury on his debut against Hitchin Town. He returned on loan again in 2013/14 with the club now in the Conference North, impressing with his displays when coming off the bench but having rotten luck with injuries again. 

Will returned on loan once more at the beginning of the 2015/16 season back in the Southern League, and cut his ties with Brackley to join Brakes permanently in the November of that season.
