Josh Field (First Team Scout & Club Secretary)

Josh used the Covid lockdown to his advantage, and came out the other side of it as Leamington’s First Team Scout!

Having always wanted to be more than just a fan, Josh made full use of his time during lockdown to study for various scouting courses, and a report sent in to the club on a Pre Season Friendly against Walsall led to an offer to become a Scout for the Brakes. Josh now keeps tabs on upcoming opponents and prospective new players for Paul Holleran. He is now into his second season in the role of club secretary. Nobody knows how he manages to do either role as he spends a great deal of time in Germany following Union Berlin!!
