Lance finally signed for Leamington in the summer of 2020, having been tracked by Paul Holleran for a number of years. He burst onto the Midland Non League scene when starting his career at Littleton and Badsey Rangers, but it was his goal scoring exploits at home town club Evesham United which earned him a move to Hereford, where his net bursting form continued, helping the Bulls to the Southern League Championship. Last season was a frustrating one for Lance as injury curtailed his progress, but he is fully fit and raring to go as he starts a new challenge with the Brakes.
