Gift signed for Leamington in July 2019 after impressing while on trial over the pre season fixtures. The 23 year old midfielder arrived from near neighbours Coventry United where he was very well thought of, making 143 appearances and scoring 4 goals over several seasons, picking up many club awards along the way. The Midland League side put him on a contract in his final season there after he had several offers to move up the pyramid, and after remaining loyal Gift decided to test himself at a higher level, and linked up with Leamington in the close season. However, after finding his opportunities limited he decided to leave the club in November 2019, dropping a level to sign for Bromsgrove Sporting. Gift made a big impression at the club in his short time with us, and was well liked.
