In line with Government guidance on the admission of supporters to football stadia this Code of Conduct acts to guide supporters of the protocols in place at matches.

We have put in place a range of processes and measures to ensure the safety of all supporters at our matches. It is important that all attendees play their part in making such attendance safe and enjoyable and to do so we need your ongoing support and cooperation. Supporters are therefore kindly reminded of the requirement to adhere to this Code of Conduct at all times, and follow all safety requirements, in order to assist Club staff and stewards, and to help protect you and your fellow fans.

• Tickets for games give access to all areas and can be purchased on line via our ticketing site here and can also be purchased at the turnstiles on the day, if you are unable to purchase online or in advance. We do recommend purchasing tickets in advance to reduce your queuing on entry. Test and trace information must be provided at the time of purchasing your ticket(s). Tickets give access to all areas within the ground.
• Supporters must not attend if they are suffering from COVID-19 symptoms, are feeling unwell, or if they have been in close contact recently with anyone experiencing symptoms or who has tested positive. If you have already purchased a ticket online then please contact the club at refunds@leamingtonfc.co.uk to arrange for a full refund. Tickets MUST NOT be passed on to others.
• Arrive in good time to allow for additional measures of ticket scanning and use of the NHS App with the Stadium QR Code or supply of personal information to meet test and trace requirements.
• Upon entering the stadium, please pay close attention to signage, floor markings and instructions issued by stewards or via the club’s PA system, this will help get you where you need to be in the most efficient way.
• Whilst it is not mandatory, it is club policy that all staff and supporters wear a face covering when entering the stadium, standing in queues or within indoor areas.
• At all times, please observe social distancing where possible and cover your mouth and nose if needing to cough or sneeze.
• Please maintain good hand hygiene at all times around the stadium – use the sanitiser dispensers provided and avoid touching your face or handles and railings whenever possible.
• We all hope we’ll be celebrating a goal but please remember to maintain safe distances to other supporters and be respectful and mindful to those around you whose individual circumstances may differ from your own.
• Please do not stand in any concourse area marked with yellow hatchings. These identify areas that block spectators viewing. Stewards and staff will move you on from these areas if you do so.
• The Mick Brady Stand – please note that following installation of the new stand NO STANDING is permitted in the area between the two team dugouts.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted in seated areas. Whilst permitted in standing areas we ask that you respect social distancing guidelines with fellow spectators.
• Supporters are kindly asked not to approach any of the Club’s or visiting Cub’s players or coaching staff at any time, as players and staff will not be able to sign autographs or pose for photographs before, during or after the match.
• Food, alcohol and refreshment facilities are available at pitch side units. Not all facilities within the ground can accept contactless payment, so it is advisable to have some cash available.
• The clubhouse bar will be open for ‘take out’ service only with no food or alcohol allowed to be consumed inside. It WILL NOT BE OPEN POST MATCH FOR SPECTATORS.
• Please be patient when leaving the stadium and listen to the advice from stewards. It may take longer than normal to leave due to the procedures in place to allow supporters to exit the stadium safely.
• The Club reserves the right to eject any supporter that fails to comply with this Code of Conduct and reminds all fans that stadium capacities may ultimately be negatively impacted as a result of any safety issues. Thank you for your support and full co-operation. Please stay alert, follow these guidelines and help us all enjoy the match safely. Thank you for your support and co-operation.
