Chris has become the first strength and conditioning coach at the club, working alongside the coaching and medical team to help keep the players in peak condition.

He has accumulated vast experience working in the Academies at Coventry City and Leicester City in Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning, and has also been involved at Nuneaton Town, Coventry Sphinx, Coleshill Town, Southam United and Racing Club Warwick.

Chris is currently working at Warwick University in Strength and Conditioning Coaching, and has previously worked for the NHS in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation for 13 years.
