Paul Holleran has completed his first new signing of the summer with the acquisition of Connor Taylor from Tamworth.
The 25 year old Leamington born attacking midfielder was named player of the season by the Lambs supporters at the end of last season, which unfortunately ended in relegation. and was swayed by the chance to play for his hometown club.
Connor leaves Tamworth after 5 years, having joined initially on loan before signing permanently after spells with Walsall and Nuneaton Town, making over 150 appearances. He began his career at Aston Villa before spending a season at the Bescot Stadium where he was a team mate of Richard Taundry, making a single appearance for their first team during the 2012/13 season, when he spent his first spell on loan at Tamworth.
We would like to welcome Connor to Leamington Football Club and hope he enjoys a successful time with us.
