Liam began his footablling career with seven years in Birmingham City's Youth Programme.  Upon his release he played for Racing Club Warwick. He had not been playing for anyone in 2006-7 while studying in Preston but trained with Fleetwood Town of the Unibond Premier division.

He has moved to the Leamington area to study at Coventry University and wanted to get back into football.

Liam is an intelligent midfielder who covers every blade of grass and has excellent awareness and passing. He was dogged by injury in 2007-8.
