Arron signed from Woodford United on 24 May 2007, along with Tom Fountain and Russell Dunkley. He was the only member of the trio still playing for Leamington by the end of the season but within a matter of days had moved on to Brackley.

Arron captained the Brakes side to a runners-up league position and through a good FA Trophy run in 2007-8.
