Rich has been a mainstay of the Brakes' teams all the way from the renaissance in 2000 though he left briefly due to work, returning 2003-04. He is second only to Josh Blake in terms of appearances for the club. A popular figure at the New Windmill Ground, "Mozza" soon re-established himself in 2004-05 when he also distinguished himself by scoring from the spot. Former clubs include Coventry City, Stratford Town, Racing Club Warwick and Central Ajax.
