Cadzy coaches children in the community and is involved in football development in the area through his company, JC Soccer. He runs sessions at schools and colleges with children’s activities in holiday periods. Initially joint manager with Barry Proctor and since 2003 in the top job, he has had unparalleled success in the first six seasons, including three as champions and four promotions. Has also taken the club to the FA Cup Round 1 proper and the quarter finals of the FA Vase. Quite an extraordinary record.
