Leamington enter the FA Cup at the First Qualifying Round stage on Saturday 11th September against local Zamaretto Premier Divsion rivals Brackley Town in what has to be considered a tough draw for both sides. The Northamptonshire side have recruited some big name players from the higher echelons of the Pyramid during the close season, but Brakes will have home advantage for what is certain to be a keenly anticipated contest.

Brakes will also have another local derby in the First qualifying Round of the FA Trophy having been drawn away to Zamaretto Division One Central Woodford United.  That tie will take place on Saturday 16th October. We have a good record at Byfield Road, having won on both of our previous visits whilst in Division One Midlands, but all at the club will be keen to avoid a potential banana skin, as we hope for a good run in both competitions.
