Ahmed made another big contribution to the Brakes cause last season as he completed a third season with the club, and is now closing in on 150 appearances having helped us to promotion and two Birmingham Senior Cup successes in his time at the Phillips 66 Community Stadium.
Born in Ghana, Ahmed moved to England with his family as a youngster and was spotted by Rushall Olympic while playing for the now defunct Bloxwich United in the West Midlands League.
Ahmed signed for the Northern Premier League Pics in the summer of 2010, helping them to promotion to the Premier Division in his first season. He spent four seasons at Dales Lane, making over 180 appearances and scoring 56 goals before Kidderminster Harriers paid an undisclosed fee to Rushall, offering Ahmed the opportunity to step into full time football in 2014.
After a season in the National League he joined Hednesford Town for 2015/16, before linking up with Stafford Rangers towards the end of the campaign, helping them to promotion.
